Explosion, Gunshots Rock Kano
An explosive device suspected to be a bomb went off in Kano on Wednesday morning near Filin Hockey Police Station at Zoo Road in the Metropolis.
Operatives of the Joint Security Task Force (JTF) have condoned of the area, while residents remain indoors as gunshots are being heard in the area.
A number of vehicles belonging to both soldiers and policemen are said to have swooped on the area blocking all the links and roads in the vicinity.
