Sign of chemical weapon materials attack in "Syria"

David Cameron  admitted that there is  habit  sign of using chemical weapons by Bashar al Assad's administration, saying that the attacks is a "conflict offence".

He talk on a film appear of  preys of an obvious sarin attack in the town of Aleppo.
