Lagos: No shaking, Lagos told flood residents

Government of Lagos State has give courage to the flood residential that should be patient.
That it just for a while.

According to the Commissioner for Environment, Mr. Tunji Bello who speaks to the resident while the sanitation is going on in Olowogbowo area of Lagos.

Mr.Tunji Bello admitted that the government are putting their possible best to be assure that drainage goes everywhere.

He also said that Lagos Stat is serious in tacling of canals and some other large channels to be assure that their neat and clean so that the flood will be free to flow.

Lagosians who reside along the coast lines, lagoons, low line areas like Kuramo Beach, Alpha Beach, Okun Mapo, Owode Elede, Ikorodu, Badia, ijora, Ajegunle should relocate when there is intensity of the rains. Lagos State is not ready for any casualty during the rainy period.

Meanwhile the Commissioner urge the residents to always give their refuses to the waste carriers and stop putting it the canals.
