Conflicting Rallies Approach in Egypt along with fears of Mayhem
Chief Gen Abdel Fattah al-Sisi the chief of army staff, has called the Muslim brotherhood to take to the streets to give the military a mandate to confront conflict in the contry.
A deeply polarized Egypt braced for bloodshed on Friday in rival mass rallies summoned by the army that ousted the state's first freely elected president and by the Islamists who back him.
The Mohammed Morsi supporters are also ready to protest. He has been held since being evicted as president on 3 July.
According to the lawyer who conducts the case said that he is being in custody over alleged links with the Palestinian militant groups Hamas.
Another State-run Mena news agency says Mr Morsi is being investigated over allegations of colluding with Hamas to storm police stations and jails during the 2001 uprising, "putting fire to one prison and enabling inmates to run away, including himself, as well as calculated the killing of officers, prisoners and soldiers".
Mr Morsi's, Muslim Brotherhood has said that it help local residents to escape of prison, not foreigners.
