An Advocate Called 13 Years Old Girl Sex "Marauder"

Advocate General's has carryout an investigation after being informed to a case by a cord of emails and phone contact.

It will now decide whether it should ask the Court of Appeal to consider if the eight-month suspended sentence given to Neil Wilson, 41, was unduly lenient.

However, the CPS has added that the accuser in the case used "unsuitable" language after he also called the girl "Marauder".
The CPS said: "The transgressor in this case was the defendant and he bears responsibility for his criminal acts."

Advocate Nigel Peters admitted in east London,at Snaresbrook Crown Court, that he had taken the advantage of her that the girl  behaved more matured than her age.
The 13-year-old had been "egging on" her abuser, the judge said on Monday, and she was reportedly described by prosecutor Robert Colover as being "sexually knowledgeable" atleast she would have had the meaning of sex by know.

Atleas Mr.Wilson, now living in York, would had watched the girl step when coming out of her school and also by hr school uniform at his home in Romford, Essex, before he performed a sex act on her. He said this in two counts of making extreme pornographic images and one count of sexual intercourse  with a underage
child.
