Question Of The Day!!! Does It Make Sense For A Woman To keep Calling Her Ex-boyfreind After Marriage?

Please I need an advice.
I am a happily married woman with 2 children.My problem started when my ex-boyfriend sent me a message through my e-mail.
We started talking after that and it confused me that it seems like I still have feelings for him.
I actually left him 10 years ago for the guy I eventually married.
At first we would talk about our families and work but one day all of a sudden he confessed that he still loves me.He even said the only reason why he married his wife is to forget about me.
I am not sure if he told me that just to make me feel guilty of what I did to him 10 years ago.

Now i'm confused if the reason why i am still talking to him is because i still have feelings for him or because I feel guilty of what i did to him in the past.

But everytime I will ask myself if i love my husband , the aswer is always yes.And if i will ask myself if I am happy with my huband;the answer is also yes.
 I am really confused.
I really need advice someone out there to help me on what to do.
