Is Police Still Cheasing Okada In Lagos?

 I thought they have stopped collecting "Okada" popularly knwon as motorcycle from people in lagos.
The picture you see above is the picture of police van full of motorbike this morning at Akowonjo road.

A man working close to passenger side of the van was the owner of the bike, he was pleading with the police adding that the bike is the only source of his finance to carter for his family.
Hmmm!, is only that will save us in this country.
