Ebola: A Saudi Man Infected Died On The Way To Hospital.
The Global health technical known all at the World Health Organization (WHO) are meeting to discuss how to tackle the outbreak disease Ebola.
The gathering is expected to take some few days and will decide whether to declare a global health emergency to the world.
Early today Wednesday August 6th, a man who was suspected to have infected by the disease Ebola died in Saudi Arabia. If confirmed, this will be the first Ebola-related death outside of Africa.
However, the disease has killed closely to 900 people since February till date.
The outbreak began in February in Guinea, and has since spread to Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria.
Early Wednesday morning an announcement was made jotting that a nurse who treated the disease patient died and she became a second person to die from Ebola in Nigeria.
The Minister of Health, Professor Onyebuchi Chukwu, has reiterated the Nigeria government’s determination to put an end to the spread of Ebola disease in Nigeria and protect all its citizens from contracting the disease.
Meanwhile, It comes as leading infectious disease experts have called for experimental treatments to be offered for the whole world.
Also the two US aid workers who contracted Ebola in Liberia appear to be improving after receiving an unapproved medicine ahead of their evacuation back to the US.
The world have to rise as fast as possible to stop this infection before it goes beyond human imagination.
