The Different Between Your Degree and Your Experience.

Your ability to work is not determined by your degree but experience gives you an eager to work.

Your degree can only guaranteed you a position to work in an organization but will never guarantee ability to work, but experience do.
What I mean by experience is what you know how to do or what you have been doing for years, even if someone wakes you up in the middle of the night while still sleeping and ask you, can you do these and instantly you prove yourself without waiting for a minute.
Some people can only go to school in other to answer the name degree or for them to get job in a good organization but never have any experience of anything.

They might speak good English as well as grammar but has no knowledge of what they’re doing, you can only know this when you are an experienced well learned person and move close to the degree person that’s  when you will hear words like bros how did you do this or how can I do this.
The mistake we make in this country is that we consider degree more than experience we think that if one is with first class degree or certificate, that the person has it all, but never acknowledge someone who had no certificate or degree but have an experience will even do much better than of all degrees.
Your degree can only speak in time of educational backup but will never stand your experience
