An Abuja Federal High Court on Tuesday remanded a cousin to past President, Goodluck Jonathan, Mr. Azibaola Robert at the Kuje correctional facility.


The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, had summoned Azibaola near to his loved one Stella before Justice Dimgba on a seven-count charge skirting on duty avoidance and deception.

EFCC charged that the couple near to their association, Oneplus Holding Limited got the entire of $40m contract from the harried past National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.

Value Dimgba, while choosing that Azibaola be remanded in Kuje correctional facility pending the determination of his shield application, asked for Stella to continue with her administrative protection earlier permitted her by the counter join association.
